Here's is a small project for the next New Moon. And though the new Moon was yesterday, you could already start planning it now.

This is called a Vision Board. It is simply a collage of things you inspire to be, own or do. it can also be a reminder of your path, of where you started and where you wish to go. 

As we all know the New Moon is a time to set goals. For new beginnings. To aid in manifesting our hopes, dreams and desires. These can be as simple as improving a skill or as complex as starting a new business. This board is a way to visualise your goals, your path, big or small.

Your board is a very personal thing, and should be thought through, not rushed. It can be as big or as small as you wish. The one of the left is around A3 in size and is one I made yesterday.

Removing Negative Energies From Yourself

I wrote a short meme this morning on the subject of cleansing and decided that maybe a full article on this important subject would be a good idea. As I said in my little meme for Instagram, removing negative energy from yourself is just as important as cleansing your tools and your home and sacred space. When you don't you can become clogged. You can feel dirty without it being physical dirt. It's more emotional and spiritual. When you do spellwork, any form  of divination, medium, or healing, this negative energy can carry into your work and may have some adverse effects. So regular cleansing before hand is a must. Equally, after performing any of these tasks, especially if it is for someone else, you should cleanse yourself as you don't want to be carrying this negative energy around with you.

Your Full Moon Altar

I thought it might be nice to write a little something on altars. Nothing huge as I have had a long busy day. This also gives me the chance to try a new app on my tablet. So let's see how it goes.

One of the things I did today was purchase some fresh flowers for my altar. I like to put some thought into this and as it's a full moon tomorrow night I decided in simple white tulips.
